What to expect on survey day
A quick read before Casie or Tom arrives — helps the visit go faster
and gets you a more accurate quote.
Know your access points (front, side, rear gate)
Clear the area directly below the scaffold run
Have your builder's or roofer's contact details handy
Know your preferred hire-start date (even roughly)
Any parking restrictions near the property?
Neighbours informed — we can help draft a letter
Listed building or conservation area? Let us know
Any utilities (gas pipes, electric cables) near the façade?
